Lord God,

I’m sorry for not being patient
For letting my heart’s desires control me
This heart is yours, with you in heaven
You, Lord, you are my treasure

Only you can take me away from my own mind
Release these thoughts that do not Glorify you
With everything I say and do, may you be Glorified
Lord, praise your name above all names

Teach me patience and dependance on your Word
Nothing else matters but your Truth
For your Truth is freedom in the greatest sacrifice
Of life to save the the lives of the world

Guide my heart and mold me into a man who stands for you
Take away all that I know, for it’s only you that I need
To live, to laugh, and to Love
Lord, my hope is in you

My hope for Love, and a life fulfilled
It’s all in you
